Job Description: Floor Supervisor

Role Overview

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse/floor operations, ensuring proper material handling, accurate inventory management, compliance with FIFO processes, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and asset control. The role requires close coordination with warehouse staff and adherence to SAP-based inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Handling :

- Ensure correct handling of all products as per defined guidelines.

- Prevent damage and maintain product quality during handling and storage.

- Material Stacking & Storage :

- Supervise stacking of materials code-wise for easy identification.

- Ensure materials are stored as per defined locations and categories:

- Finished Goods (FG)

- Blocked Material

- QC Material

- Defective Material

- Material Dispatch (FIFO) :

- Ensure material dispatch strictly follows the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) process.

- Monitor inventory aging to minimize obsolescence.

- Inventory Management :

- Conduct daily cycle counts and match physical stock with SAP records.

- Perform weekly stock counts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and system data.

- Fixed Asset Management :

- Maintain and track all fixed assets.





- Ensure accurate records with no unaccounted or misplaced assets.

- Floor & Office Hygiene :

- Maintain cleanliness and safety across floor and office areas.

- Ensure compliance with workplace hygiene and safety standards.

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage group dynamics.

- Basic knowledge of SAP or warehouse management systems (preferred).

- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹10,494.27 - ₹25,495.73 per month
