Job Description - Logistics Executive

Position : Logistics Executive Industry : Oil & Gas / Industrial Gases Location : Ghiloth, Rajasthan Experience : 2-5 Years Salary Range : ₹20,000 - ₹28,000 per month

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch planning and transportation activities.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and deliveries.
- Prepare logistics documents such as e-way bills, delivery challans, invoices, and LR copies.
- Track inward and outward material movement.
- Ensure timely dispatch of cylinders/materials/products to customers and plants.
- Maintain logistics MIS reports and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor freight expenses and optimize transportation costs.
- Follow safety standards and company logistics procedures.




- Handle POD collection and transporter follow-ups.

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
- Experience in e-way bill generation and transport documentation.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple dispatches and transporter coordination.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Logistics or Supply Chain certification will be preferred.
