Stores Officer Job Description

We are searching for a well-organized Stores officer to join our growing team. As the Stores officer, you will carry out all tasks allocated by the HOD.

Stores Officer Responsibilities :

- Scheduling of planning.
- Preparing GRN
- Maintaining goods inward and Outward register.
- Raw Material Stores Related GMP Documentation.
- Receipt and Issuance of Raw material.
- Responsible for safety.
- Raw Material Dispensing.
- Preparing Delivery Challan.
- Monthly Report & Documentation.
- Keep a constant check on stock levels.
- Co-ordination with other related departments like Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, etc.
- Receipt and Issue of packing material.
- Packing material dispensing.
- Maintaining raw material and packing material requisition.
- Understanding the requirements of ISO 13485:2016 (MDQMS).

Desired Expectations

- Coordination with sales coordination department for Material Procurement planning
- Initiate Purchase Requisition.




- Ensure safekeeping both as to quality & quantity of material.
- Maintain proper records
- Initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
- Coordination with Accounts Department for Stock Valuation on Monthly Basis.
- Weighing packages and labeling them appropriately

Salary : ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
