Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Loading & Unloading In-Charge to oversee daily loading and unloading operations at our warehouse/dispatch area. The role involves supervising manpower, ensuring safe handling of materials, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with transport and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily loading and unloading activities .
- Ensure accurate quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Verify materials against invoices, packing lists, LR, GRN, DC , etc.
- Allocate work to labour staff and monitor performance.
- Ensure proper stacking, palletizing, and material handling .
- Maintain records of loaded/unloaded goods and update ERP or logs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, transporters, and drivers.




- Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of PPE.
- Reduce loading/unloading delays and improve efficiency.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or delays immediately.
- Plan truck loading sequence based on route and material priority.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in loading/unloading or warehouse supervision.
- Knowledge of material handling procedures.
- Ability to manage labour teams effectively.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel / ERP preferred).
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of safety norms and warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
