Job Title Executive

Department Sourcing & Supply chain **Min Experience

Job Objective

- We are looking for a competent Executive to execute and maintain the Stock & Dispatch related operations.

Job Description

- Stock Availability
- Distribution: Scheduling/Stock Planning: As per product sale, Planning & stock availability in respective Location.
- Ensure 100% availability of stocks at warehouses as per NOD
- Inventory: NOD should be maintain as per sale/dispatch
- New Product: Dispatch new products
- Stock adjustment: Dispatch products country to country and stock arrange

Planning

- COC : Certificate of Conformity to be provide in Saudi Arabia country

- Health Certificate: Health Certificate to be provide as per country wise requirement

- New Product: Arrange samples for new product registration

- NOD:



Inventory has to be maintained as per sale/Dispatch

- Planning Exercise: Prepare and check consignment allocation of new orders (Order from Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bahrain as per NOD'S)

- Projection: Projection as per country wise

- Testing Products: Testing all products which dispatch to Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Bahrain & Oman

- Logistics Planning and Execution :

- Export and Other related works

Technical/Functional Competencies :

- Good proficiency in Excel, good typing speed
- Comfortable dealing with warehouse operation
- Should be efficient with MS Office suite (MS Word & excel)

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
