About the Role As a Purchase Coordinator at Lotus Electronics , you will be the backbone of our inventory and procurement cycle. You’ll ensure our showrooms are always stocked with the latest tech and appliances while maintaining strong relationships with our vendors. This role is perfect for someone who loves data, negotiation, and keeping things organized in a rapid-paced retail environment. What You’ll Do

- Inventory Control : Monitor stock levels across categories to proactively identify purchasing needs.
- Vendor Management : Research new potential vendors and evaluate existing partners to ensure we get the best quality and service.
- Order Lifecycle : Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring everything arrives on time and in perfect condition.
- Data Integrity : Maintain and update internal databases with precise details on pricing,



vendors, quantities, and discounts.
- Market Intelligence : Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of pricing trends and tech shifts.
- Negotiation & Analysis : Evaluate vendor offers, negotiate competitive pricing, and prepare detailed cost analyses to optimize our margins.
- Documentation : Manage a clean trail of invoices, contracts, and delivery notes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Liaise with warehouse teams to verify shipments and follow up with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
