The Sample & Swatch Executive will be responsible for preparing fabric samples, cutting cloth pieces, and creating sample books/brochures for client presentations. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle fabrics carefully and ensure neat and professional sample presentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sample Preparation

- Cut fabric pieces accurately as per required sizes
- Prepare swatches for different fabric designs and categories
- Ensure clean finishing and proper labeling of samples

2. Brochure & Sample Book Creation

- Arrange fabric samples into brochures/sample books
- Maintain proper sequence and presentation of designs
- Ensure samples are well-organized and client-ready

3. Fabric Handling & Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse team to collect required fabrics
- Maintain records of samples prepared and used
- Ensure proper storage of fabric samples

4. Quality & Presentation

- Maintain neatness, uniformity, and quality in all samples
- Check for defects before preparing samples
- Ensure professional presentation for client meetings





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in garment/fabric industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of fabric types and handling
- Good handwork skills (cutting, arranging, finishing)
- Attention to detail and cleanliness in work
- Ability to follow instructions and timelines
- Experience in sample making / swatch preparation
- Background in têxtile, tailoring, or garment unit
- Organized and responsible work approach
