About TailorWorks TailorWorks is a premium bespoke tailoring brand specializing in luxury custom garments for both B2B and B2C clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Intern to assist in managing fabrics, trims, and overall stock operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining inventory records of fabrics, trims, and accessories .
- Support in stock entry, data management, and updating inventory systems .
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies .
- Coordinate with design and production teams for material requirements.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials .
- Help in maintaining proper stock storage and organization .
- Support in physical stock checks and audits .
- Ensure accurate documentation of inward and outward stock movement .

Requirements :

- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.




- Basic knowledge of inventory management / stock handling is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets .
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment .

Preferred Skills

- Interest or exposure to the fashion / garment industry .
- Basic understanding of fabrics and materials is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
