Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Executive - Dispatch to manage dispatch documentation, inventory records, and stock movement. The role requires strong coordination, accuracy in data entry, and hands-on experience in warehouse or stock operations.

Key Responsibilities : Documentation & MIS Management

- Audit dispatch documents (Domestic, Export, Studio) and update MIS
- Perform data entry for MRF, RGP, and C-Challan
- Maintain records of errors and resolve document-related queries
- Ensure daily outward stock entries and system updates

Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain records for imported stock and raw materials
- Conduct monthly stock audits
- Manage stock issuance and returns for events
- Track materials issued against RGP and Challans

Dispatch & Coordination





- Handle dispatch collection and studio stock availability
- Manage post-event stock inward with sales teams
- Coordinate with factories for stock, kits, and repairs

Reporting & Administration

- Prepare monthly stock and dispatch reports
- Track delayed dispatches and incomplete documentation
- Maintain inward/outward stock records
- Submit vendor bills and handle documentation processes

Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline
- 4 years of experience in stock, warehouse, dispatch operations, Inventory
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
