Job Summary : The Supervisor cum Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing daily logistics and dispatch operations while supervising staff and coordinating deliveries. This role ensures timely dispatch, smooth workflow, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules.
- Assign routes and delivery instructions to drivers.
- Monitor delivery status and provide regular updates.
- Supervise warehouse staff and drivers.
- Oversee loading and unloading activities.
- Verify delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports and MIS records.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and fuel records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
