Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct material rate analysis to ensure competitive pricing and optimal resource allocation.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors for materials and services, ensuring their capabilities meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate costing estimates for civil engineering projects.
- Prepare and manage tender documents, ensuring compliance with standards and client specifications.
- Oversee contract management processes, including negotiations, execution, and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scopes and requirements, providing technical and financial input as needed.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular reports and recommendations for cost control.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
- Provide support in resolving technical issues and disputes during Tendering, & Procurement process.
- Prepare detailed project reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and project proposals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout all phases of the procurement process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies within the team.

Qualifications :





- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- years of experience in civil engineering design and project management, with a focus on cost analysis and procurement.
- Proficient in material rate analysis, tendering, and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Skilled certification (e.g., LEED, PMP) is a plus.
- Experience with sustainability practices in civil engineering is an advantage.
- Experience in project management software and tools.
- Experience in warehouse construction a plus.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
