Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for accurate entry of customer Purchase orders.
- Validate customer location, required date, quantity and price mentioned in CPO with system.
- Work on customer portals for ASN process
- P21 billing once shipment is picked up by forwarder.
- Answering customer queries on Invoices, Shipment details, etc.., through mail
- Work with Warehouse for Inward and outward plans based on demand.
- Involve in all day-to-day activities limited to customer shipments.
- Interact with customers on daily basis regarding the schedules, forecasts, shipments, etc.
