Job Title: SCM Executive | FMCG Role :Supply Chain Management & Logistics Location : Gurugram, Haryana Industry : FMCG Experience Required : 3+ years

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory planning to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Track and analyze supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Oversee dispatch planning and order fulfilment processes.
- Handle demand forecasting and supply planning in alignment with sales forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and present supply chain performance insights to management.

Required Qualifications

- Education :

- BE / B. Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain related fields)

- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations,



or Operations Management

- Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations (with solid relevant experience)

- Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics

- Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and FMCG distribution models
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
- Inventory planning and demand forecasting expertise
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in handling regional distribution networks
- Knowledge of warehouse optimization and cost control
- Exposure to modern SCM tools and digital supply chain practices

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
