1. Monthly Production Planning : Develop and provide a comprehensive monthly production plan to manufacturing units; issue production programs and purchase orders (POs) to Own, Loan License (LL), and Third-Party (TP) manufacturing sites.

2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) : Assess raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) requirements based on production forecasts; initiate requisitions to the purchase department and ensure regular follow-up for timely procurement.

3. Production Monitoring : Track batch-wise movement across production facilities on a regular basis; review and analyse Daily Production Reports (DPR) for alignment with the production schedule.

4. Planning & Inventory Control : Handle end-to-end production planning activities including pre-planning, scheduling, forecasting, execution, and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with all internal stakeholders—Marketing (product demand), Production Sites (order execution), Purchase (RM/PM procurement), Packing Development (artwork coordination), QA/QC (RM/PM/FG release),



Stores (dispatch coordination), and Finance (billing, GRNs, inventory valuation)—to ensure seamless operations.

6. Logistics & Dispatch Management : Ensure timely dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods (SFG), and finished goods (FG); coordinate batch releases and dispatch FG from manufacturing sites to warehouses in accordance with demand plans.

7. S&OP; Alignment : Conduct monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) meetings to align sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and regulatory teams on production and inventory objectives.

8. Physician Sample Management : Ensure timely planning, production, and delivery of Physician Sample cycles as per business requirements.

9. MIS Reporting : Prepare and submit accurate Monthly Information System (MIS) reports highlighting key metrics and performance against production targets.
