ob Title : Store Executive

Department : Stores / Inventory Reporting To : Stores Manager / Operations Manager Location : Onsite

Job Purpose

The Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, ensuring proper storage, and supporting smooth material flow to departments while adhering to company policies and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery challans
- Maintain accurate stock records in the system (inward, outward, and closing stock)
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise indent requests when required
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts for documentation and reconciliations
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist in monthly/quarterly audits
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store area
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements




- Handle gate pass entries and material movement documentation

Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of inventory and store operations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel / ERP / inventory systems)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and compliance requirements

Qualifications

- Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- Experience: 1-3 years in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations
- Hospitality or similar industry experience is an advantage

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
