Branch Manager - Freight Forwarding/warehouse

We are hiring for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional from freight forwarding background with a go getter attitude. The incumbent shall be responsible for entire branch management, warehouse management and operations.

Location: Mundra, Gujarat

- Handle storage and movement of rice and other agricultural cargo.
- Monitor stocks, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with team/ suppliers, and optimize delivery schedules.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and improve efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations.
- Operations management to ensure timely and smooth movement of shipment.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and service terms with carriers and finalize contracts.
- Build and maintain robust,



long-lasting client relationships
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints with speed and professionalism

.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding operations (preferably sea export)
- Experience in handling Rice or other agricultural products is must.

.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
