Job Description:

- A Warehouse Data Entry Clerk inputs, updates, and maintains inventory, shipment records, and logistics data in company databases or warehouse management systems (WMS). They ensure high accuracy in tracking stock levels, verify, and document shipments, and support operational efficiency by generating reports.

- Key Responsibilities :

- Inventory Management : Accurately enter, update, and maintain stock data, including receiving, transferring, and shipping records.

- Documentation & Verification : Review source documents for accuracy, such as shipping manifests and invoices, ensuring data integrity.

- System Maintenance : Work with WMS, SAP, and, Microsoft Excel to track inventory movements and product counts.

- Reporting & Communication : Generate daily or weekly data reports, and communicate with warehouse teams, suppliers, or customer support regarding discrepancies.

- Quality Control : Identify and correct data inconsistencies to ensure accuracy in warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
