Experience : 4 to 6+ years in garment manufacturing (preferably export houses or large-scale units)
Required Skills :
- Positive understanding of garment finishing processes :
- Ability to identify defects and quality issues :
- Basic knowledge of industrial machines (iron, steam press, etc.) :
- Strong attention to detail :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment :
- Teamwork and communication skills
Working Conditions :
- Factory-based role
- Shift work may be required
- Physically active role (standing, handling garments)
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.85 per month
