Maintain all related files and folders in updated condition.

- Maintain databases for Order Execution, Delivery Challans, Billing, Sales Returns, etc., and report to management.
- Maintain inward and outward stock records and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
- Handle customer calls, coordinate shipment tracking with courier companies, and update records accordingly.
- Support the Logistics department and perform all tasks related to Boston Scientific.
- Coordinate with vendors for all purchase-related activities.
- Prepare monthly stock and sales statements for all principal companies.
- Track orders until products are successfully delivered to customers.
- Prepare purchase orders, sales quotations, and sales bills.




- Coordinate with Sales Executives across various states.
- Attend to customer inquiries on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with branch offices regarding stock updates.
- Handle payment follow-ups, draft letters, and follow up with clients.
- Perform all assignments as directed by the Manager or Head of the Department.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
