Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Architectural Leadership : Design and implement scalable full-stack features using Next.js (App Router) and React Server Components (RSC).
- SaaS Development : Build and maintain complex SaaS features including multi-tenant architectures, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and subscription/billing integrations (e.g., Stripe).
- Performance Optimization : Optimize Core Web Vitals using advanced Next.js features like Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), partial prerendering, and efficient caching strategies.
- Backend & API : Develop robust Server Actions and API routes. Integrate with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) using modern ORMs like Prisma or Drizzle .
- Quality Assurance : Maintain high code quality through rigorous TypeScript usage, unit testing (Jest/Vitest), and E2E testing (Playwright/Cypress).
- Collaboration : Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible (ARIA-compliant) components.

Technical Requirements

- Frontend : 5+ years of experience with React . Expert-level knowledge of Hooks, State Management (Zustand/Redux), and Frameworks (Next.js 14+).
- Backend :



Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript. Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Full-Stack Next.js : Deep understanding of Server Components vs. Client Components, Middleware, and Server Actions.
- Database : Experience with PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB) is a plus.
- Styling : Expert in Tailwind CSS , CSS Modules, or Framer Motion for high-fidelity animations.
- Infrastructure : Experience with Vercel, AWS, or Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).

Preferred Qualifications

- SaaS Background : Proven experience building multi-tenant "Software as a Service" platforms.
- Ecosystem Tools : Experience with modern SaaS stacks (e.g., shadcn/ui , TanStack Query, Auth.js/Clerk).
- AI Integration : Familiarity with integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) into web workflows.

Soft Skills

- Mandatary - Good conversational English and effective verbal/written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and adopt recent frameworks and tools
- Able to work independently

Education

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
