Job Description: Java Full Stack Developer (3-4 Years Experience) Location : Jaipur, India Position Type : Full-time Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Microservices & APIs : Architect and enhance robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Event-Driven Architecture : Design and implement data-streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka .
- Performance & Quality : Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, optimize database performance, and troubleshoot complex production issues using root-cause analysis.
- Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Architects) in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Must-Have Skills

- Backend : 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Architecture : Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and REST API design.
- Messaging/Streaming : Practical experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams/Lambda Streams, and Kafka Security.
- Frontend : Front-end development experience with React (or Angular/Node.js), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Databases : Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), database design, SQL optimization,



and performance tuning.
- DevOps & Tools : Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD.
- Testing : Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using JUnit and API testing frameworks.
- Cloud : Foundational experience with major cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ).

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Extended Tech Stack : Experience with Spring Cloud, OpenShift, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Observability : Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Automation & Security : Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform; security compliance tools like SonarQube, Nexus, and Artifactory.

Required Qualifications

- Education : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience : 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Soft Skills : Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and mentor junior team members when needed.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
