Job Overview

Nallasamy Developers Pvt Ltd is hiring a skilled Digital Marketing Executive in Chennai to manage our digital platforms and social media channels while driving quality real estate leads.

This role is for someone who understands online marketing, enjoys content + performance campaigns, and knows how to convert clicks into enquiries.

You’ll be responsible for building our online presence and generating qualified leads for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company digital platforms (website, Google Business, social media)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects
- Handle Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp marketing
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, captions, creatives coordination)
- Run lead generation campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads preferred)
- Monitor daily leads and coordinate with telecalling / sales team
- Maintain lead reports and campaign performance data
- Improve organic reach through SEO basics and local listings
- Track enquiries, CPL, conversions, and ROI
- Support branding activities and online promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1-3 years experience as Digital Marketing Executive / Social Media Executive / Performance Marketer
- Real estate digital marketing experience preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads
- Basic Google Ads knowledge is an advantage
- Positive understanding of lead generation funnels
- Ability to create or coordinate creatives (Canva knowledge preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills
- Fluent in Tamil; basic English required
- Freshers with certified digital marketing training may apply
