About the Role

We are looking for a high energy Real Estate Sales Agent cum Tele Support professional who can confidently engage with clients, present premium Dubai property opportunities, and drive conversions through strategic calling and relationship building. This role blends consultative sales, lead nurturing, and investor engagement in the fast growing international real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and connect with inbound and outbound leads interested in Dubai properties
- Understand client requirements for investment, residential, and commercial properties
- Present project details, pricing, ROI, and payment plans clearly and professionally
- Schedule site visits, virtual tours, and broker or developer meetings
- Maintain and update client data in CRM systems
- Follow up with warm and hot leads to drive closures
- Build long term relationships with investors, NRIs, and channel partners
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth deal flow





Required Skills and Communication

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. Additional languages are a strong advantage
- Confident phone presence with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Customer focused mindset with a premium service approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital platforms

Experience and Qualifications

- Experience in real estate sales, tele calling, or international property sales preferred
- Strong interest in Dubai real estate and global property investment market
- Self driven, target oriented, and performance focused
