About the Role

Key Responsibilities Website & Marketplace Management

- Manage and update product listings on the company website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates.
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate with developers for issue resolution.
- Optimize product pages for better visibility and conversion.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

- Track daily sales performance and prepare reports.
- Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

Digital Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate online promotions, campaigns, and discounts.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on marketplaces and website.
- Improve product rankings and visibility.

Order & Inventory Management

- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints efficiently.





Customer Experience

- Ensure smooth customer journey across digital platforms.
- Address customer queries and reviews.
- Improve ratings and feedback management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 1+ year experience in e-commerce or online sales.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Experience with online marketplaces.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of performance marketing.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience in D2C or retail industry.

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹9,445.52 - ₹28,455.26 per month
