Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborates with business partners, product owners, and IT leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provides technical direction and mentoring to junior developers and offshore/onshore development teams.
- Designs and enforces development standards, coding best practices, and reusable components to ensure consistency and maintainability.
- Reviews and approves technical designs, code, and deployment artifacts to ensure alignment with architectural and security standards.

Expertise and Leadership : Required Qualifications

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including complex stored procedures, packages, triggers, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications





- Exposure to contemporary development practices such as CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
- Prior experience in a technical lead or senior analyst role.
