Job Title: Jr. QA Executive

Department: Quality Assurance (QA)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 6 Month

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project requirements and prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Identify, report, track, and verify bugs using bug-tracking tools.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT Testing.
- Create and execute automation test scripts.
- Perform API and Database Testing when required.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain QA documentation and testing reports.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and release meetings.
- Mentor junior QA team members and maintain QA best practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
- Good experience in Manual Testing.
- Can perform Automation Testing as well.




- Knowledge of Automation Tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, Trello, etc.
- Understanding of API Testing and Database Testing.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to ensure app stability and bug-free deployments.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD process.
- Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Experience in performance and usability testing.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant QA certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
