Job Title: QA Testing Intern (Full-Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and technically-minded QA Testing Intern to join our engineering team full-time. In this role, you won't just be "testing"—you will be the final gatekeeper of quality for our users. You’ll work closely with developers and product managers to identify bugs, document issues, and help us ship polished, high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile platforms to ensure functionality meets requirements.

Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like Jira. You’ll be responsible for providing explicit, reproducible steps for developers.

Regression Testing: Ensure that new code changes don't break existing features by performing thorough regression cycles.

Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to provide a "quality perspective" during the design phase.

Test Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and user acceptance criteria.

Automation Learning: (Optional but encouraged) Assist in writing and maintaining basic automated test scripts.





Educational Qualification

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The "QA Mindset": A natural knack for finding edge cases and a passion for "breaking" things to make them better.

Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (crucial for writing clear bug reports).

Adaptability: Ability to work 40 hours a week in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience with Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Basic knowledge of SQL for data verification.

Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.

A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and Chrome DevTools.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
