Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Noida-based team. You will be responsible for driving sales across our diverse portfolio, including luxury high-rises in Sector 150, Yamuna expressway commercial hubs near the Noida Expressway, and emerging residential projects. This is a 100% in office role that requires local market expertise and the ability to manage high-intent walk-ins and digital leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion : Convert company-provided leads (from 99acres, MagicBricks, and Social Media) into confirmed site visits.
- Site Presentations : Conduct comprehensive property tours, highlighting Noida-specific advantages like infrastructure, connectivity to the DND Flyway/Aqua Line, and proximity to upcoming landmarks.
- End-to-End Sales : Lead the process from initial inquiry to final registration and handover coordination.
- Local Networking : Build relationships with local channel partners and brokers to expand our market reach.
- Reporting :



Maintain daily "Sales Funnel" reports and update the CRM with client feedback and follow-up status.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Experience : 1-3 years in Real Estate sales within the Delhi-NCR/Noida market.
- Language : Fluency in Hindi and English is essential to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
- Local Knowledge : Deep understanding of Noida’s sectors, circle rates, and major developer projects.
- Mobility : Must have your own vehicle for client site visits across Noida and Greater Noida.
- Availability : Ability to work full-time, including weekends (Tuesday is typically the weekly off in the Noida real estate market).

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary : ₹[Insert Range, e.g., 18,000 - 25,000] per month.
- Incentives : Best-in-class commission structure (Uncapped).
