Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales executive to amplify & flourish our sales

and drive revenue growth through the sale of our luxurious residential projects. The ideal

full-time role based in Mumbai.The main responsibilities include developing and implementing

effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals,monitoring market trends,

competitor activities, and pricing strategies to position our projects competitively.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Sales/Marketing field.




- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate sales processes and documentation.
- Ability to handle high-value deals and relationship-driven sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English.
