Job description

We are looking for a US Accountant who can handle end-to-end accounting for US clients. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and preparing monthly and yearly financial statements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and process customer invoices :

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) including follow-ups and aging

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor bills and payments

- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations :

- Record daily bookkeeping entries in accounting software

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (P&L;, Balance sheet, Cash flow statements).

- Support month-end and year-end closing

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.





- Experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

- Robust skills in financial analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
