Job Description - Accountant

Position : Accountant Location : College Road, Nashik Department : Accounts & Finance Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Finalization

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of balance sheets.
- Ensure proper accounting entries and ledger management.

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities as required.

Audit Management

- Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and statutory audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit queries.
- Ensure timely completion of audit requirements and compliance.

Banking & Reconciliation

- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Monitor banking transactions and maintain banking records.
- Manage cash flow reporting and fund tracking.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Process vendor payments and maintain payable records.
- Track customer receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.

Cash Handling





- Maintain petty cash and cash transaction records.
- Ensure proper cash management and reporting procedures.

Income Tax Returns

- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Maintain tax-related documentation and records.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter (preferred)
- Additional certification in Accounting or Taxation will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2 to 5 Years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Robust understanding of Indian taxation laws and accounting standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
