Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) to join our organization. This role is ideal for recently qualified Chartered Accountants looking to build a strong career in regulatory compliance, taxation, audit coordination, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain and organize compliance-related records, statutory documents, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports, MIS reports, and audit documentation.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record management practices.

2. GST & Taxation Compliance

- Support GST return preparation, reconciliation, and compliance activities.
- Assist in Income Tax documentation, filings, and statutory submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for tax-related data collection and verification.
- Monitor statutory due dates and maintain compliance calendars.

3. Audit & Regulatory Support

- Assist during internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance reviews.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents required for audits.
- Support responses to notices, queries, and information requests from authorities.

4. Compliance Monitoring & Risk Control

- Track compliance activities across departments and follow up on pending actions.




- Assist in identifying compliance gaps and process improvement opportunities.
- Support implementation of internal controls and governance procedures.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations teams for compliance-related matters.
- Support implementation of company policies and regulatory procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and compliance-related information.

Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher)
- Strong academic background in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or Compliance
- Additional certifications in GST, Tally, SAP, or MS Excel will be an advantage

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Articleship experience in taxation, audit, compliance, or regulatory matters preferred.

Required Skills :

- Basic understanding of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
