Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Perform day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime .
- Prepare and file monthly GST returns within statutory deadlines.
- Reconcile GST data with sales, purchase, and accounting records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations.
- Generate invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.




- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support audits by providing required financial documents and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
