Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Scale high-performing campaigns for maximum ROI
- Handle daily ad spends of ₹50K - ₹1 Lakh+
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPA & conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team
- Coordinate with creative and sales teams for campaign execution
Requirements :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience handling skincare, beauty, or D2C brands preferred
- Robust analytical and campaign optimization skills
- Experience handling large-scale ad budgets
Working : 6 days working
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
