About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Prepare and review financial statements as per US GAAP. Handle General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Prepare and review US Corporate Tax Returns (Forms 1120, 1065, etc.). Manage Federal, State, Sales & Use Tax compliance.f Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits and tax assessments. Stay updated with changes in US tax laws and accounting standards.

Requirements :



5-8 years of hands-on experience in US Accounting & Taxation. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US Federal/State Taxation. Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, CCH, ProConnect, TaxPro, or similar software. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. CPA or EA certification will be an added advantage.
