Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly and yearly financial closing activities. Prepare and review financial statements according to US GAAP. Maintain General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Prepare and review US tax returns (Form 1120, 1065, etc.). Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Sales & Use Tax regulations. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow tracking. Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits and tax reviews. Stay updated on US tax laws and accounting standards.

Requirements : 5-8 years of experience in US Accounting and Taxation. Positive knowledge of US GAAP and US tax regulations. Experience with accounting and tax software such as QuickBooks, Xero, CCH, Pro Connect, or Tax Pro. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. EA or CPA qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
