- Advise clients on corporate, partnership, individual and trust and estate tax services

- Help determine tax service objectives,



scope and methodology and actively participate in communications with client management to understand the client’s business and to identify possible tax solutions

- Oversee the calculation and analysis of tax strategies for clients and assist with delivering to the client

- Continue to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities

- Provide both leadership (mentoring and coaching) and supervision to Tax Seniors and Staff

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute towards implementing them

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's /Master’s degree with a major in accounting and CPA (US) or CA (ICAI).
- Minimum of 5 yrs years of experience in US Taxation
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm and Proficient in corporate, partnership and individual taxation
- Minimum of 2 years of supervising and training experience
- Prior experience working with large, multi-state, internationally active middle-market clients preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills required for managing multiple client engagements
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and ability to work overtime, as needed
