Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with regulators like SEBI, CCI, ROC, and tax authorities for clearances; represent in NCLT hearings and address stakeholder objections.

Required Qualifications

- Qualified CA with 1+ years in M&A;,



preferably NCLT filings; knowledge of rapid-track mergers for small companies is a plus.
- Expertise in due diligence, FEMA, IBC, and accounting standards for de-mergers or amalgamations.

Skills and Experience

- Proficiency in NCLT procedures (10-12 month timelines typical); experience with private or listed company M&As.;
- Strong documentation skills for creditor lists, affidavits, and post-approval ROC filings.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
