Job Description - Accountant

Position Details Position : Accountant Experience Required : 1-3 Years Location : Navsari, Gujarat

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting activities and bookkeeping
- Handle cash management and monitor cash flow
- Process payroll activities, including PF and ESIC compliance
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports
- Maintain expense records and reimbursement processes
- Create and maintain accounting entries using Tally
- Handle GST and TDS calculations, filing, and documentation
- Generate invoices and manage billing processes
- Perform bank reconciliation and bank statement verification
- Maintain accurate sales and purchase records
- Coordinate banking-related activities and documentation
- Prepare and maintain financial records and supporting documents
- Utilize MS Excel for reporting, calculations, and data management

Required Skills :

- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation




- Hands-on experience with Tally Accounting Software
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
- Prior experience working under a CA or in a CA firm will be preferred
- Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com / M.Com)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and process-oriented mindset
