Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead financial planning, accounting, budgeting, compliance, and commercial finance operations for our hospitality and F&B; business. Key Responsibilities Lead overall finance and accounting operations for the organization Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost control initiatives Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory regulations, and audit requirements Drive financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to leadership Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations Develop internal controls and financial governance frameworks Support expansion plans, business investments, and commercial decision-making Coordinate with external auditors, banks,



and regulatory authorities Lead and mentor the finance team across multiple business units

CA / MBA Finance / CPA or equivalent qualification - 12+ years of finance leadership experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or F&B; sector - Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance - Experience in multi-location business finance management - Proficiency in ERP and financial management systems

Pay: ₹235,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
