Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (Google & Meta Ads)

Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads and course sales.

This role focuses on ROI, funnels, and data, not just running ads.

- Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (FB/IG) & Google Ads

Launch campaigns for: Course sales

Webinar registrations

Lead generation (WhatsApp / Landing page)

Select correct objectives, audiences, placements, and budgets

1. Funnel & Conversion Optimization

Understand and improve the full funnel: Ad → Landing Page / WhatsApp → Payment

Coordinate with content/creative team for: Ad copies

Creatives (reels, banners, carousels)

A/B test creatives, headlines, hooks, and audiences

1. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using: Meta Ads Manager

Google Ads Dashboard

Pixel & Conversion API

Monitor key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS

CTR, Conversion Rate

Share weekly performance reports with insights,



not just numbers

1. Budget & Scaling

Manage daily and monthly ad budgets responsibly

Scale winning campaigns gradually

Reduce wastage and improve profitability

Required Skills & Experience: Must Have: 1-3 years experience in Meta & Google Ads

Hands-on experience in lead generation & sales campaigns

Strong understanding of: Targeting & retargeting

Lookalike audiences

Pixel & conversion tracking

Experience with education / coaching / course-based products (preferred)
