Job Title :Accounts Officer Role Summary : Responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, and leading a team of 10-12 members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee books of accounts, reconciliations, and financial statements Ensure month-end and year-end closures Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and audit coordination Lead, mentor, and review performance of the accounting team
Prepare MIS reports and support management decisions Experience & Qualifications : Chartered Accountant / CA
- 10-20 years of accounting experience and also experience of team-handling.
- Strong ERP and Excel knowledge Skills: Leadership, compliance expertise, accuracy, analytical thinking, and stakeholder coordination
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
