Job Title: Accountant (Billing Executive)

Location : Abids, Hyderabad Experience Required : 1-2 Years Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Generate invoices and manage daily billing activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and expenses
- Handle GST billing and basic compliance
- Reconcile accounts and track outstanding payments
- Coordinate with sales team for order and billing details
- Prepare basic financial reports (daily/monthly)
- Manage entries in accounting software (like Tally)
- Ensure accuracy and timely documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or related)
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting/billing
- Knowledge of GST and invoicing
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting software
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Excel knowledge

Preferred Skills

- Experience in retail/lighting/electrical business
- Knowledge of stock and inventory billing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
