Position : Branch Head / Assistant Branch Head

Location : Kothamangalam Experience : 2-5 years (Branch Management - Mandatory)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Head / Assistant Branch Head with a strong financial background to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and manage team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily branch operations ensuring smooth workflow and regulatory compliance.
- Drive business growth by achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Promote financial products/services and identify current business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor staff performance to ensure high productivity.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve escalations effectively.
- Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Requirements :

- Mandatory:



Prior branch management experience with a financial background.
- Strong leadership, sales, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
