Role Overview

The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations while driving sales performance. This role requires a balance of leadership, customer engagement, and operational management to ensure smooth functioning of the branch and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development :

- Drive student enrollments through effective counseling and sales strategies.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for study abroad programs and language training.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.

- Branch Operations :

- Oversee day-to-day branch activities including staff management, scheduling, and compliance.

- Ensure punctuality, discipline, and adherence to company policies among staff.

- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where needed.





- Team Leadership :

- Assist in training, motivating, and supervising branch staff.

- Support HR processes including documentation, leave management, and performance reviews.

- Foster a positive and professional work environment.

- Reporting & Compliance :

- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for senior management.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Handle escalations and resolve student or staff concerns effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, operations, or educational services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable leadership style.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
