Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

- Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable imitation jewellery based on style, occasion, and budget.
- Explain product features such as material, polish, durability, and care instructions.
- Promote new arrivals, offers, and premium collections to increase sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Product Display & Store Presentation

- Arrange jewellery displays in an attractive and organized manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of showcases and counters.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and pricing of products.
- Update displays based on seasonal trends and store instructions.

Inventory & Stock Support

- Assist in stock checking, inwarding, and outwarding of products.
- Report low stock, damaged items, or missing products to management.




- Support periodic stock audits and verification.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of jewellery items.

Sales Targets & Performance

- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate actively in promotional campaigns and special sales events.
- Share feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
