Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant to the CMD will support the Chairman & Managing Director in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves managing marketing communications, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities aligned with the company’s business goals.

Qualification : MBA Marketing

Exprience : 8+ years exprience in the marketing of industrial engineering products / transformers / transformers components product / CRGO products

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Support

- Assist the CMD in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, and reports for meetings and business reviews.

2. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, digital marketing, branding, and PR.
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors,



and partners for marketing activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on marketing projects assigned by the CMD.

3. Campaign & Project Management

- Track progress of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare summary reports.
- Assist in organizing product launches, promotional events, and brand activities.

4. Content & Branding

- Support development of marketing content including presentations, brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.

5. Administrative Support

- Manage the CMD’s marketing-related schedules, meetings, and documentation.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow-up action points.
- Maintain marketing databases, reports, and project files.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
