Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight : Supervising floor operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring a smooth, effective, and welcoming dining experience.
- Customer Service & Quality : Monitoring food/beverage quality, handling customer complaints promptly, and ensuring high guest satisfaction.
- Staff Leadership : Training, mentoring, scheduling, and conducting staff briefings and performance monitoring.
- Inventory & Cost Control : Maintaining inventory, inventory counts, and adhering to budget restrictions.
- Safety & Sanitation : Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and food handling standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
