About the Role : Key Responsibilities : Assist senior designers in conceptualizing and developing design ideas and collections.

Create sketches, mood boards, and digital illustrations based on client briefs or seasonal direction.

Coordinate with the production and sampling teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Assist in fabric and trim sourcing, print development, and embroidery placements.

Support in conducting client consultations and taking measurement notes where required.

Maintain design records, tech packs, and documentation for each garment/project.

Help manage design samples, client orders, and inventory of design materials.

Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and emerging innovations in the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute.





1-3 years of experience in a fashion house or design studio preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic CAD software.

Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and bespoke design process.

Strong sense of color, detailing, and current fashion trends.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
