Eligibility & Qualifications
- MA in English from a recognized university
- UGC NET qualified is mandatory (PhD in English preferred as per UGC norms)
- Consistent academic record
- Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate English courses
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in line with the university curriculum
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development
- Participate in curriculum development, examinations, and evaluation work
- Contribute to academic research, seminars, workshops,
and faculty development programs
- Support departmental activities, accreditation processes, and institutional initiatives
- Maintain academic records and comply with university/UGC guidelines

- Strong command over English language and literature
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
